The Waterfall function string is comprised of required elements as well as optional elements.
Required Elements
=ICEWaterfall <Array of Symbols>,<Array of Fields>,Index)
The array of symbols, or fields must be a range in Excel, e.g. A1:A20
The index must be between 1-1000
