There are other settings in the General Settings dialogue that govern global parameters in the application.

Update Frequency |
This is the update frequency in milliseconds for the application. Excel recommends an update frequency of 2000, but this can be set by the user. |
Max Frequent |
Set this amount to the amount of frequent symbols, fields, and formulas to be displayed in the application. |
Max Recent |
Set this amount to the amount of recent symbols, fields, and formulas to be displayed in the application. |
Show Data Folder |
This opens the folder where all settings, and parameters are saved. |
| Show Log Folder | This opens the folder where all logs can be found. |
| Show Descriptions | This is a global setting to show descriptions instead of symbols. |
Show empty instead of Null |
This setting allows the excel tool to set a blank value to empty, rather than null. This is helpful when using expressions and cell-referencing. |
Show search autosuggest |
This setting allows the user to remove the autosuggest from Datapoint, Quote Table, and Time Series windows. |
